About Us
Airline Self Storage was built in 1983 by Warren Holland, Sr. and his son, Warren Holland, Jr., and a group of business partners. In 2010, the facility was sold to a group of investors that included Warren Holland, Jr. and Cindy Thornburg. In 2020, Holland and Thornburg purchased the facility and manage it with the help of an on-site manager. So the business is still in the family, so to speak. The advantage of this is that one of the original owners who built it was a masonry contractor and knows every inch of the facility. In 2022, the current owners began planning and executing an extensive renovation—inside and out. From a solar-powered carport to power the entire facility and offer covered parking—to new fencing, coded gate entry and an additional night gate for enhanced security—to new lighting and art murals on the buildings to capture attention—the owners are striving to provide an economical, secure, and customer-oriented experience for their customers. Since 1983, we have served many families who return time and again—or send their grown children to us—when they need local storage.
